The theme of this year was on <strong>\u201cStructural Transformation and the Role of EU-Med Partnership\u201d<\/strong>.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.femise.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/Conf-AgendaCN_2010_final-1.pdf\">Download conference agenda and concept note<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The conference consisted of two plenary sessions where keynote speakers from the North and the South addressed the theme of the conference and shared their views with the participants.
