Countries in the South Mediterranean are seeking to strengthen their competitiveness, enhance exports, and foster regional integration through cluster development. Despite their potential, clusters in the region face several challenges, including limited legal recognition, underdeveloped innovation ecosystems, financial constraints, skills mismatch, and weak linkages between public policies and private sector dynamics. The <strong data-start=\"1744\" data-end=\"1797\">EuroMed Clusters Policy Seminar \u2014 Maghreb Edition<\/strong> is part of a flagship series of policy dialogues under the <strong data-start=\"1857\" data-end=\"1899\">EuroMed Clusters Forward (ECF) project<\/strong>, aimed at fostering policy innovation, industrial cooperation, and knowledge exchange across the Mediterranean.
