It constitutes part of the \u201cYouth\u201d programme, which, in addition, contains operational actions. One of the most emblematic of these actions is the project MedNC, which is deployed by the OCEMO with the support of the French Agency of Development (AFD).<\/p>\n<p>A preliminary survey was conducted in 2013 in the region of Marrakesh Tensift El Haouz, in partnership with the Moroccan National observatory of human development, and with the technical support of the Directorate of Statistics. This regional survey creates, therefore, an opportunity for the local actors to work towards a regional observatory for young people.
