vision of the institutions as stated in the Articles of Incorporation are maintained and remain relevant.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that the Association\u2019s bodies are fully functioning and that their roles and responsibilities are clear and implemented<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all committees established by the Board have a clear Terms of References, mandate, duration and are fulfilling their roles;<\/li>\n<li>Providing support to the Bureau, when needed, to develop strategic notes\/plans with regards to the sustainability of the network.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the Board in relevant negotiation meetings, related, but not limited, to strategic partnership, fundraising, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">The Governance committee is composed
