Board of Directors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>FEMISE is administrated by a <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Board of Directors<\/strong> <\/span>composed of 23 Members at the most, 20 of whom are elected by the General Assembly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Composition<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Board of Directors of FEMISE is composed of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>-the Founding Member by right, that is to say the \u201cEconomic Research Forum\u201d \u2013 ERF,<br \/>\nwhich holds a permanent seat (in compliance with article 5 of these Articles);<\/li>\n<li>the President,<\/li>\n<li>theTreasurer; and<\/li>\n<li>twenty Members elected by the General Assembly for a renewable term of four years, with no limit on the number of mandates or duration, and chosen as follows:<br \/>\n&#8211; Ten Members are appointed from among the Founding and Active Members based in the South- Mediterranean Region, representing each a different country of that region.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ten Members are appointed from among the Founding and Active Members based in the North- Mediterranean Region, representing each a different country of that region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Board of Directors is renewed
