Femise organized its third conference in Marseilles, in the period from 4 to 6 December 2003. Two kinds of presentation were made.
1. Presentations of the state of the ongoing researches that Femise selected in its 2002 call for proposals.
2. Contributions selected within a specific Call for Papers on “Further analysis of the effects of the Euro-Mediterranean association agreements and the prospects offered by the EU’s New Neighbourhood Policy vision”.
