L'Institution doit demander formellement son adhésion, demande qui est examinée par le Steering Committee lors de ses deux réunions par an, et sa décision est sans appel.

Pour les institutions à but non lucratif souhaitant devenir Membre Actif, le dossier de candidature se composera (i) d'une lettre déclarant que le responsale légal de l'institution a pris connaissance des Statuts de l'association Femise qu'il accepte, et qu'il souhaite en devenir membre actif ; (ii) d'un exemplaire des statuts imprimés datés et signés, portant le cachet officiel de l'Institution ; (iii) des CV résumés des principaux chercheurs et d'une bibliographie récente illustrant les travaux de l'institution.

Pour les institutions à but non lucratif souhaitant devenir Observateur, le dossier de candidature se composera (i) d'une lettre déclarant que le responsale légal de l'institution souhaite devenir observateur au sein de l'Association, dont elle respectera les règlements et chartes ; (ii) des CV résumé des principaux chercheurs et d'une bibliographie récente illustrant les travaux de l'institution.

Une version électronique des statuts, en français et/ou en anglais est à demander au Bureau de l'Association à Marseille ou aux coordinateurs (ERF ou IM). Des documents types à remplir sont également disponibles (voir les coordonnées).

A candidate institution shall formally ask to become member of the Association, candidature to be reviewed by the Steering Committee in its two annual meetings. Its decision shall be considered final and without recourse.

For non-profit institutes wishing to be Active Member, documents to present the candidatures will be composed of: (i) a letter stating that the legal representative has read the Articles of the Femise Association, accepts them and whish the institution becomes an Active Member; (ii) a printed version of the Articles, dated, stamped and signed; (iii) CVs of the main reseachers and a recent bibliography illsutrating the work of the institution.

For non-profit institutes wishing to be Observer, documents to present the candidatures will be composed of: (i) a letter stating that the legal representative whish the institution become an Observer of the Association and will respect its rules and charters; (ii) CVs of the main reseachers and a recent bibliography illsutrating the work of the institution.

Candidates may request electronic versions of Articles (both in French and english) at the Association Office or at the coordinators (ERF or IM). Standard documents to be filled are also available (see the adress).
